When you think about a leader, what pops up in your mind? Most people might think that a leader is smart, competent, and versatile. However, a person can never be perfect. What we know is just the tip of the iceberg. - Ed.

Mark Elliot Zuckerberg

As we usually consider him to be a genius programmer who founded the company named Facebook, in reality, he really was. When he was in high school, he was hired by a company named Intelligent Media Group, and at that time, he was smart enough to produce an artificial intelligence music program for the company. After that, when Microsoft Corporation and America Online, Inc. asked him to work for them, he refused their proposals because he was planning to enter Harvard University, which he did. Considering that he spent a lot of time coding a computer program there, he must have been a genius who liked programming.
However, many people are not privy to some of the less important details about him. In fact, he is very distinctive because he enjoys wearing slippers without socks, even in public places. In addition, since he keeps wearing the same clothes repetitively, he was selected as the worst dresser.
On top of that, as some celebrities receive public shame because of their mistakes, he was also embroiled in controversy due to his actions. One of his mistakes was related to his personal information on Facebook. When he was in university in 2010, he created a program which targeted university students. At that time, one of his e-mails was leaked. In his e-mail, he said, ¡°If you need any information about the students, just ask me because I have access to all of the students¡¯ information, which is about more than 4,000 students. Even though I don¡¯t ask them to give me their information, they keep giving me those things because they don¡¯t care about it and just trust me. I think they are just idiots.¡± Concerning this problem, when he appeared on a talk show, he was asked to explain the issue, but he couldn¡¯t answer it clearly and just said, ¡°I don¡¯t remember the situation now, and I think there are both true and false points mixed together.¡±

President Roosevelt and Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt

President Roosevelt, who is one of the most respected presidents, is famous for operating the New Deal Policy. In US history, he was the only one who was elected as a president 4 times in a row. Until now, his efforts to save America from the Great Depression are esteemed by many people. Even though he contracted polio, he tried to overcome it. He underwent rehabilitation for 7 years with his wife¡¯s careful nursing, which impressed lots of people.
On the other hand, there was also a dark side about him that people don¡¯t know. As a matter of fact, he cheated on his wife. When his wife found love letters between him and his lover, she decided not to divorce after some deep thinking. Instead, she decided to become an independent woman and a strong wife by escaping her mother-in-law¡¯s interference. She tried to help her husband¡¯s presidency by doing Roosevelt¡¯s work for him while he was sick.
Even though they were great supporters for each other politically, they had to live separately in the White House due to their personal differences. They decided to admit their extra-martial relationships. As a result, they started to live with their lovers, accepting the existence of their spouse¡¯s lovers. Despite those facts, she was and has been loved by many people as an independent woman. Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt was vigorous in her activities, such as promoting female employment, writing columns, and exercising.

Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill

He was the winner of the Nobel Literature Prize and a hero who saved the world from Hitler. He has been held in respect until now. For example, Churchill was chosen first among the 100 Greatest Britons in the survey, which was conducted by the BBC in 2002. Even though Churchill was living with serious depression during his entire life, he tried not to lose his humor and wit, which was praised highly by people from many countries.
However, Churchill also had a drawback, which was not known by many people. Actually, he was a racist, and in order to keep his vested rights, he suggested a policy to the national assembly to keep the disabled in isolation because he believed in eugenics, which was popular among intellectuals. As a matter of fact, at that time, racism was rampant in the West. However, his actions should still be criticized for sure.
