Photocopy rooms exist in the CBNU Library, the New Students Hall and seven college buildings, and eighteen card-duplicators are set up at the those places and others colleges in CBNU. If students purchase a copy-card at the photocopy room, they can use the card-duplicator whenever they need to copy. However, students feel inconvenienced because all card-duplicators don’t work by a copy-card. Although most students use the card-duplicators in the New Students Hall and the CBNU Library, the copy-cards in those places are different. Because of that fact, students have to purchase each copy-card, and that is a financial burden to students.
Recently, copy-duplicators, which were established in CBNU, are managed by two enterprisers. Therefore, two kinds of copy-cards are sold according to the type of card-duplicator. Students who do not know the situation try to use different types of card-duplicators with the copy-card that they purchased.
However, one enterpriser will improve the system for the students’ convenience. He will undertake the card-duplicators of the other enterpriser. Then, it is possible to unify the copy-cards. From December, students can use all of the card-duplicators anywhere with a copy-card. From now on, students will use card-duplicators easier than before. Although the students have experienced the continuing inconvenience of student life, students will have to recognize that there is a person who is working for their convenience.
