On April 7th, CBNU concluded the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the Korea Employment Information Service(KEIS) to reinforce the aforesaid institutions' cooperation and to raise CBNU students' employment rates.
 The two institutions will try to improve employment rates by sharing information to help the students  find jobs and to use Jobyoung(www.jobyoung.go.kr), which is an employment site for young people.
 Furthermore, CBNU will take part in a mentoring project for connecting the best Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) with university students. The project associates the CEO of one SME with a university student after the KEIS chooses the outstanding SMEs. The CEO and the university student enter into a relationship as a mentor and a mentee. University students, who participated in the program, can consult with their mentors.
 Noh Su-jeong, a student from the School of Law '08, said, "I saw that CBNU will take part in the project in a newspaper. Whenever I search for information about recruiting or participating in the presentations, I think CBNU has less information about SMEs than information about major companies. However, if the project is conducted, it will be helpful to CBNU students."
 CBNU manages many programs, such as a program by the Small and Medium Business Administration where students can visit SMEs, an assistance project by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for young people and a project by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology which strengthens educational capabilities.
 Hong Chang-hee, an official of the Human Resource Development Center, said, "The mentoring project for connecting the best SMEs and university students will be effective for CBNU students who are searching for jobs."
 The Human Resource Development Center runs professional and various employment programs for the students. In addition, it offers correct information about employment to help students prepare for their jobs systematically."
 Before signing the MOU, CBNU held a presentation which explained how to use Jobyoung and a special lecture for students by Chung In-soo, a director in the KEIS, who talked about employment-related subjects. CBNU also informs students who visit the Human Resource Development Center about receiving counseling about the MOU with KEIS.
