CBNU won the second place of all regional national universities

 The ministry of Education, Science and Technology announced CBNU got second place in the statistical research of employment rate among regional national universities. The rate has enhanced by 5.8% compared to 49.3%. An employee of CBNU said, “CBNU is changing its curriculum reflecting the transforming situation of companies’ recruiting trends from career to capability. In addition, we are going to support students to enter society successfully by opening a subject about getting jobs.”
 
CBNU held the 2011 latter Graduation Ceremony

 CBNU held the 2011 latter graduation ceremony on August 22nd, 2012 at Gaesin Cultural Center. About 1,300 people, including 573 people with bachelor’s degrees, attended the ceremony. In the celebration, President Kim Seung-taek said, “I hope all graduated students will work hard on self-examination, self development, and self-enhancement constantly, and grow into talented people that society wants.”
 
Giving the disabled students confidence through intern service

 A Support Center for the Disabled Students(SCDS) of Chungbuk National University implemented ‘An Intern Service Connected with Local Community(Company program for severely disabled university students)’ on two separate occasions from July 2nd to August 29th. Each program was implemented for 4 weeks. The SCDS’s members planned to provide severely disabled university students with the opportunity to be employed in a public institution or company and to give the public institutions or companies positive thoughts about employment of disabled students.
