Chungbuk National University Museum launched an exhibition "Dream Panorama" 

CBNU Museum holds an exhibition from April 30th to August 31st.

 We can appreciate relics at 2nd exhibition room. The exhibition was composed to understand easily the history of Korea from the stone age to Joseon Dynasty. Especially, because of showing a treasure number 716 called Kim Kil-tong officer meritorious retainer message, the exhibition is gaining population with people.

Dormitory provides nutritious porridge

 The dormitory of CBNU started to offer porridge to boarding students who can't eat meals due to digestion problem or illness starting this semester. The boarding students can notify the nutritionist half an hour before mealtime. Then, boarding students can eat porridge. In addition, if the boarding students, who go to Membership Training, hand in official documents issued from their departments, they should be provided rice and Kimchi.

The campaign of book donation starts by CBNU library

 The event of donating books is under way at library. This event is intended for not only students but also faculties and local residents. Local residents can be general members if they donate more than 5 books.

Art Troupe of Dalian University of Foreign Languages in China held its performance in CBNU

 CBNU's Lifelong Education Center invited the Art Troupe on March 23rd at the Gaesin Cultural Center. It had performances which showed traditional dances of Korea and China. Both countries interacted with each other. Many local residents including the elders and children attended this event.

Professor Hong Jin-tae found the treatment for preventing cancer by IL-32

 The Hong Jin-tae's research team in the College of Pharmacy first found out the fact that IL-32 of cytokine can control a growth of the cancer. The result of this research was published on the electronic edition of 'Oncogene' which is the best scientific journal in cancer.
